How to get help

Help is available for you. To talk with one of our counselors about your stress, or you may contact us at (336) 387-6161 in GSO or (336) 889-6161 in High Point and ask for Intake Services

Regardless of the type or intensity of stress you feel if you believe that it significantly interferes with the quality of life you enjoy, you may benefit from talking with a professional about your concerns. Stress is a normal, natural response to many life situations. Learning effective ways to appropriately handle stress can greatly improve your daily living.
