Healthy Start
is a child abuse prevention program that provides high-risk pregnant
women and parents with home-based
support for nurturing their baby’s growth and development, in-home therapy for moms with
mental health concerns, and connections
to community resources to help improve the quality of life for the
entire family.
Sponsorships and
contributions are tax-deductible
(less cost of entry) and will be acknowledged as such by Family Service.
About the Painting
Vicki
Johnson has always had a
passion for art. She attended Western Carolina
University
majoring in Art and English. Vicki is a current member of the
Watercolor Society of North Carolina. Her works have been
displayed in state and national art shows. They have been purchased for
both private and corporate art collections in the U.S. and abroad.
The painting Greensboro Style was commissioned especially for this event
and will be auctioned at the event.
