Driving Directions:

From High Point
- Main Street to E. Lexington Avenue
- Turn on Lexington and head towards Jamestown
- Go for 6.6 miles (Lexington Avenue turns into Greensboro Road, Main Street through Jamestown and then High Point Road after that)
- Go past the first Bonner Drive you see on your left (Across from Vickrey Chapel Road)
- Your next traffic light is also Bonner Drive on your left (Across from Millis Road)
- Turn left (West) on the second Bonner Drive
- Turn right into the first drive into the YMCA parking lot. Our office entrance is directly in front of you as you pull up the drive.

From Greensboro (or coming from East of Greensboro on 40/85):
- Take Spring St. south, which becomes Freeman Mill Road, which becomes 220 South.
- Take I-85 toward High Point/Charlotte
- Get off on Biz 85 to High Point
- Take first Exit on Biz 85 called Vickrey Chapel Road.
- Turn RIGHT off exit. Go through first light (Vickrey Chapel and Guilford College Road).
- At the second light, you will hit High Point Road.
- Turn LEFT onto High Point Road.
- At next light turn RIGHT onto Bonner Dr.
- Take first RIGHT into driveway of YMCA. Our office entrance is directly in front of you as you pull up the drive.
