1. Resist calling the office or checking voicemail or email, dreading the possible crises waiting for you to handle; you have a sense of dread of "what now?"
2. You celebrate too joyfully when you receive news that your client/customer has cancelled or no showed for an appointment.
3. You frequently daydream or fantasize about being somewhere else.
4. You begin to self-medicate to anesthetize yourself.
5. You develop a distinct preference for passive entertainment to avoid interacting with others (TV).
6. You dont have the interest/energy to interact with your family.
7. Weekends and vacations do not restore your energy to return to work refreshed and relaxed.
